In this desk-based role, you will handle inbound customer queries, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions.

This position is ideal for someone driven, eager to develop technical expertise, and keen to build relationships with high-profile clients.

The Role:

  • Manage inbound calls and emails from customers.
  • Answer technical questions and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
  • Receive full training to become confident and knowledgeable in all aspects of the role.


The Candidate:

  • Recently graduated from a trade school or technical college.
  • A strong communicator with a proactive attitude.
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and progress within the company.
