Trainee Quantity Surveyor (Brickwork Contractor)
£30,000 - £35,000 + extensive training + progression

An exceptional opportunity for someone with Brickwork experience or a Quantity Surveying degree to join a reputable contractor who specialise in brickwork packages for Tier One clients. Whilst receiving hands on training from technical experts, with the chance to gain additional qualifications and advance through the company.
On offer is the chance to take your first step into a Quantity Surveying role within a dynamic brickwork contractor. You'll have the chance to develop your skillset climb up the career ladder becoming an in not only Quantity Surveying but also Estimating. You will have uncapped progression and be funded on courses such as CSCS, SMSTS and NVQ level 7.
The well-established family fun company are renowned for delivering high quality brickwork to Commercial Tier one Contractors on versatile projects working on anything from Hospitals and schools to fire and police stations. With projects valuing up to 5M, this company specialise in both standard and bespoke brickwork packages. Due to loyal clients their consistently winning repeat business so are looking to add a motivated individual who aspires to be a Quantity Surveyor.
In this role you will be based from their Preston office working alongside Commercial experts specialising in Estimating and Quantity Surveying field. You will fully trained on Estimating and Quantity Surveying within the business eventually becoming an expert in preparing and submitting tenders, then working on projects through to final accounts.
This role would suit an individual with a Quantity Surveying degree or have strong experience as a bricklayer, along with strong communication skills ready to take the next step in a long terms career.
