$42,000 - $44,000 (OTE Year 1 80-100k) + Progression + Full Training Scheme

This is a unique opportunity to join our brand new Miami office! We have seen incredible success within our US recruitment teams operating from the UK, a huge 280% growth year on year. This office will have an exciting start up feel, with the backing of our global operations.

Rise Technical Recruitment is an international specialist recruiter for the energy, engineering, construction and technology sectors. This is a sales driven, energetic position which requires motivation and determination. You will be able to write your own earning story through uncapped commission (OTE 30-40K year 1) and onwards to 6 figure salary earnings.

The Role

  • Identifying leads and potential partnerships
  • Sales, cold calling, client engagement and developing your client base
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with potential and existing clients
  • Hitting targets and metrics
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
