Trainee/Graduate Product Design Engineer
Commutable from: Redditch, Bromsgrove, Alvechurch, Studley and surrounding areas
£25,000-£30,000 + Internal and External Training + Clear Progression + Company Benefits + Days + Office Based
Excellent opportunity for a Trainee or Junior Product Designer looking to start their career in an award-winning company who will invest in your training and upskilling.
On offer is the chance to work for a market leader, where you will designing your own lighting products from cradle to grave up until the point of manufacturing.
The business has an innovative approach and has successfully diversified and expanded over recent years. As part of their success, they are now looking to increase the product development team and bring on someone with the relevant skills to help them develop and grow.
The day to day of this role incudes collaborating with different teams throughout the business to lead design projects from concept to completion.
The ideal candidate will have experience using SolidWorks and Adobe Suite and a good understanding of manufacturing parts, assemblies and processes. Graduates encouraged to apply.

The role:
* Cradle to grave product design and development
* Office based
* Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:30pm)
* Full training
The candidate:
* Experienced with SolidWorks and Adobe Suite
* Manufacturing Knowledge
