$120,000 - $130,000 + Per Diem + Overtime Pay + Bonus + Progression + Fantastic Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision)

This growing company bespoke commercial projects with a strong focus on restaurants. Due to their long-term expansion plans, they are looking for a Superintendent to self perform high end projects as part of a fast paced and collaborative environment.
Within this position, you will be based mainly in the field, with the responsibility to manage teams of people on site, ensure schedules are being followed, manage subcontractors, deliver talks and ensure high standards.
This great opportunity would best suit a Superintendent with General Contracting experience and experience on high end projects. This person will want to work for a company with long term progression opportunities and guaranteed work for years to come.
