Validation Engineer

This company is a fast-growing technical services provider, delivering high-quality validation, compliance, and maintenance solutions across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom environments.
In this role, you will take responsibility for carrying out validation and commissioning services in line with HTM 03-01 and other relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical standards. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, supporting client projects from start to finish-including site visits, equipment testing, documentation, and client liaison.
You will be expected to bring expert-level knowledge of HTM 03-01, applying it in the field during testing and commissioning procedures. The ideal candidate will also contribute to continuous service improvement, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The Role:
Conduct on-site validation and commissioning in accordance with HTM 03-01 and other relevant guidelines
Perform testing on ventilation systems, LEV systems, cleanroom environments, and containment cabinets
Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for clients
Liaise with clients to ensure their compliance needs are fully met and to provide expert advice
Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a high standard of service delivery
The Person:
Strong, proven experience working with HTM 03-01 in a hands-on validation or commissioning capacity
Excellent technical knowledge across cleanrooms, LEV systems, and associated equipment
Confident working independently on client sites with minimal supervision
Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients
Well-organised and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely work
