In this role you will be responsible for carry out all major responsibilities of developing a cost proposal for a project.

The Role
- Direct estimating activities for multiple projects
- Prepare plans, bids, take offs, proposals, schedules and RFIs to fulfil responsibilities
- Provide guidance to employees on projects
- $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Insurances + Training + Progression Available
The Person
- Water and Wastewater construction project experience
- Knowledge of Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC systems
- Experience estimating multi-million dollar projects
- Looking for a long term, stable role with progression available
