Workshop Controller (Training from Mechanic)
£42,000 (OTE £53,000) + Progression + Excellent Training + Pension + Bonus
Office based. Commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Winchester and surrounding areas.
Rotating Weekly Shifts: Earlies (6am - 3pm, Mon - Fri) / Lates (1:30pm - 10pm, Mon - Fri) + 1 Saturday per 2 weeks (6am - 1pm)

The company are a large, well-established commercial fleet supplier for some of the most recognised manufacturers. Due to a recent internal promotion, they are now looking to add a fresh face at their Southampton Depot.
Within this varied role, you will be tasked with overseeing the efficient running of the workshop, looking after around 10 technicians to ensure customer expectations are met. With the excellent training available, any candidates with experience in the automotive industry are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
- Managing a team of technicians to ensure productivity is efficient
- Effective communication with customers and suppliers
- Office based
- Alternating weekly shifts with 1 Saturday per 2 weeks
The Person:
- Automotive background (HGV / PSV desirable)
- Supervisory experience or eager to step off the tools into a leadership role
- Lives commutable to Southampton
