This role would suit someone with experience of general repair/property maintenance, seeking to gain experience in further trade skills such as plumbing and electrical work and the chance to establish a lasting career. You will be responsible for a variety of hands-on duties, such as the general refurbishment and cleaning of modular buildings, interior and exterior painting, fitting locks, and minor plumbing and electrical work once trained.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of property maintenance work to gain further hands-on skills and have the opportunity to progress, whilst working as a valued member of a close-knit team in a large and stable business that will encourage your ongoing development.
The Role:
- Refurbishing and cleaning modular accommodation
- Generally maintaining the facilities of the yard itself, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Other general maintenance duties and ongoing training
The Candidate:
- Will have a background in general property maintenance
- Comfortable with the use of power tools
- Will be conscious of health and safety
