As a recruitment company, our business relies on collecting and processing personal data. We will collect certain data from you for our commercial and business purposes. These include:

Sharing your data

Rise will never sell your data on to third parties. However, in order to effectively provide you with our services, we may have to share your data with our parent company in the UK. If you are applying for a role with one of our clients, we will share your data with them so that they can progress your application. If you are a client, we will share your details with the candidate in order to properly inform them of the available job vacancy. We may also share your data with our auditors, accountants or government agencies when legally required to do so.

Your rights

Under federal law you have the following rights when it comes to Rise processing your data:

  • The right to know what information we hold on you, how it was obtained, how it has been used and whether it has been shared with anyone.

  • The right to withdraw your consent, whether express or implied, to us processing your data at any time.

  • The right to access your information and request that we provide you with copies of all of the data we hold on you.

  • The right to request that we correct and update the information we hold on you, if necessary.

Please be aware that in some circumstances we may not be able to completely delete your data due to our other legal obligations. We will always inform you when this is the case and provide you with a written explanation.
