Onsite Role
£18,000 to £24,000 + Bonus Scheme + Holiday + Pension + Progression

In this varied role you will be responding to support requests, assisting users with tech, troubleshooting issues and resolving 1st line issues, whilst following all IT processes in a confident and collected manner.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar role and knowledge of Windows OS/applications administration/troubleshooting. They will have 1st Line Support experience and be confident in solving the issues that this job will put in front of them.

The Role:
*1st Line support
*Assist users with application operations
*Connect with 3rd party service providers
*Assist with 2nd Line support issues
*Commutable for 5 days on site in Basildon

The Person:
*Knowledge & experience of Windows OS
*Applications administration experience
*Confident assisting people/colleagues with issues
