2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a well-established and fast-growing MSP that is gaining new clients everyday.

This company has a small, friendly team and takes good care of their staff. Not only do they offer strong benefits, but they also appreciate and recognise the efforts of their employees. They are growing rapidly and have recently hired a salesperson to help them grow even more.

In this role you will spend time both in the office and at client sites dealing with a wide range of projects. Tasks can vary from handling an IT migration to installing new computers.

The ideal candidate have experience working in an MSP, be proficient in the use of Windows Server, Office 365, Azure & Active Directory and have a thorough understanding of PC hardware and software. Candidates will also require a full UK driving license.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a company that puts customer service above everything else, has a small, friendly team and is growing everyday.

In this role, you will also be given the option to bring on new clients, for which you will receive commission.

The Role:
*Going to client sites and handling their IT issues
*Researching new products
*Managing the ticketing system
*Installing computers at customer sites

The Person:
*Experience working in an MSP
*Windows Server Experience
*Proficient in Azure, Active Directory & Office 365
*Have a full UK driving license
