$22.00 - $28.00 per hour (W2)

Office-based - Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
Are you an Accounts Receivable Specialist looking for an immediately available 3-6-month contract role with a growing company with the opportunity for it to turn into a permanent role?
Our client is a market-leading manufacturing company, seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support financial operations and ensure accurate reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
This role would suit an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is wanting an immediately available, office-based contract role with the opportunity to cement their place within a well-established and successful manufacturing company. You would be part of a supportive, energetic team where everyone pitches in and helps each other succeed.
The Role:
- Process and post customer invoices and payments accurately each day.
- Reconcile cash receipts journal with banking transactions.
- Apply and post customer payments accurately to accounts, ensuring timely and correct cash application.
The Person:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or finance.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
