Area Sales Manager - HVAC / Plumbing
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonuses + Company car or allowance + Full product training
Location: Home based (Covering: Slough, Reading, London South West, Guildford, Brighton, Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth, Isle of Wight)


Are you an experienced HVAC or plumbing sales professional looking for autonomy, strong earning potential and long-term progression?

On offer is a field-based role with a clear focus on growth, where you'll manage your own territory, build key relationships and be rewarded for performance.

This is a well-established, growing business with ambitious plans to significantly increase turnover. They invest heavily in their people, offer full product training, and provide a stable environment with genuine long-term prospects.

You'll spend four days a week on the road and one day on admin, focusing heavily on business development (80%) alongside account management (20%). You'll be engaging with contractors and MEP clients, averaging four quality calls per day across your region.

This role would suit an experienced HVAC or plumbing sales professional looking for progression, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact while increasing their earnings.
