In this pivotal role, you'll support the Head of Department in leading the Multi-Skills & Trowel Trades curriculum across both campuses. You'll work closely with students, staff, and industry partners to ensure top-tier delivery, student success, and a collaborative team culture.

The ideal candidate will have teaching experience in construction or building services, a Level 5 teaching qualification, and leadership potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a department-wide leadership role.

The Role


  • Support and lead the delivery of Study Programmes, Apprenticeships & Adult learning

  • Line manage and mentor a skilled team across two campuses

  • Drive curriculum quality, planning, and timetabling

  • Develop industry links and create real-world opportunities for students

  • Champion student outcomes, inclusion, and teaching excellence

The Person


  • Experience in construction education or training

  • Holds a Level 5+ teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, etc.)

  • A natural leader and motivator with a collaborative spirit

  • Organised, proactive, and focused on student success
