Assistant Property Manager (Permanent)

~ London (hybrid & flexible) ~

£25,000 - £30,000 + Progression

This company provide lots training opportunities, such as CPD training, monthly development programmes, and other relative opportunities to gain qualifications. There is an executive development plan aimed to help employees build their next steps within the company.

In this role, you will be expected schedule site visits, communicate between stakeholders, proactively arrange maintenance works when required and inform relative tenants and property owners.

The ideal candidate should be organised and have a sense of urgency. They should have good communication skills to communicate between different stakeholders.

The Role:

  • Book inspections (health & safety, gas, electrical etc.)
  • Communicate with tenants and owners regularly, updating them of any issues.
  • Arrange required maintenance works and communicate with necessary people to organise this.
  • Schedule site inspections

The Person:

  • Proficient using Microsoft office products
  • Beneficial: background in property
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
