$48,000 - $52,000 + Uncapped Commission + Recruitment Training + Fast Track Progression

The Opportunity:
As a 360 Recruiter, you'll take ownership of the entire recruitment process: winning new clients, building lasting relationships, sourcing top talent, and delivering exceptional service. This will involve spending much of your day on the phone, making outbound sales calls to new and existing clients, building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers across engineering and technology industries. It's challenging, fast-paced, and competitive, but the rewards are huge for those who put in the effort.
