Associate Transport Planner
Sheffield, occasional site travel
£55,000 - £70,000 + EOT Bonus + Package + Hybrid Working + Further Training + Progression to Director

Within this role you will be responsible for managing multiple live projects, taking responsibility for preparing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and site access appraisals. The role will involve producing site access and travel plans, carrying out CAD work relating to access design, and delivering clear, well-structured reports to support planning submissions. This position allows you to hit the ground running making an instant impact within the business.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Transport Planner with strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, directors and internal teams both verbally and written, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to sites when required.

The Role:

  • Managing multiple projects at once, responsible for planning elements of development projects
  • Preparing transport assessments, statements and access appraisals
  • Hit the ground running managing the team whilst continuing to build
  • Based out of their office in Sheffield

The Person:

  • Experienced Transport Planner
  • Strong understanding of transport planning sector
  • Experience with transport assessments, statements and access arrangements
  • Previous CAD experience
  • Commutable distance to their office in Sheffield
