£48,000 - £52,000 + Vehicle + Progression + Training + Up to 10% Pension + Regular Pay Reviews
Are you an experienced Authorised Person with previous experience working for an ICP or DNO/IDNO? Do you want the opportunity to work in one of the UKs leading providers of electricity networks?
This company is at the forefront of the industry, they own and maintain a number of electricity cables and lines across the south of the UK.
In this position you will be responsible for the installation and wiring of secondary switchgear, and wiring of second actuators. Working specifically within their RTU programme you will install and commission RTU's as well as dealing with the replacement of batteries.
The ideal candidate will come from a DNO/IDNO or ICP background and also have experience of working with underground systems up to 11kV. You must also be an Authorised Person and be educated to a minimum of City and Guilds 232 or equivalent and also Level 3 or ONC. If you have also previously been a fitter or jointer then you are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
*Authorised Person working on secondary substations
*Liaison with LV/HV controls, submit switching schedules, complete LV/HV network operations to industry policies and procedures
*Provide technical support to field staff
*Uphold high levels of health and safety, while adhering to company policies and procedures

The Person:
*Authorised Person, with experience up to 11kV
*NEBOSH or IOSH or working towards (Desirable)
*Experience of distribution systems between 400v - 11kV
*City and Guilds 232 or equivalent. Level 3 or ONC
