Building Controls Technician (Commercial Facilities)
$35 ph - $55 ph + Extensive Training + Progression Routes + Company Vehicle + PTO + Healthcare + 401k

Are you a Controls Technician from a commercial facilities background, looking to join a well-established organization, covering a local patch, where you will broaden your existing skillset as you receive extensive training on industry specific equipment.

In this role you will be traveling to multiple customer sites within a close radius, where you will play a vital role in the controls of building systems including security cameras, badge access & lighting. You will be remotely connecting to systems, writing customer reports and instructions, and following existing customers.
This role would suit a Controls Technician from a commercial facilities background, looking to expand on their existing knowledge covering a local patch and be home at night.
The Role:
- Traveling to local customer sites, preforming building service on various electrical systems
- Educate customers on equipment both in person and remotely.
- Train on complex systems & expand your knowledge.

- Controls Technician from a commercial facility background.
- Experience with DDC control systems.
- Able to travel locally.
- Experience in building controls
