Business Development (Fiber Design & Integration)
$130'000- $150'000 + $200k OTE + Uncapped Commission + Medical + Dental + Vision + PTO

This role will offer national travel and occasional trips to the UK. Your primary target customers are large enterprise fiber construction companies or managed service providers that are building fiber-to-the-home networks.

The person
* A hunter sales mentality with a proven track record in new business development.
* Enterprise sales experience, ideally with Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction companies or service providers.
* Strong industry knowledge of companies building FTTH networks through Managed Service Providers or fiber construction companies.
* Experience selling bespoke/custom solutions, such as fiber network design and integration (active networks).
* Willingness and ability to travel as required (typically 1-2 days at a time).
* Motivated to succeed in a rapidly growing industry, with the opportunity to maximize earnings in a small but expanding business.
The role;
* Sell fiber network design and active network integration solutions to large fiber construction companies and MSPs.
* Hunter-focused new business sales with a strong reputation for bespoke fiber design solutions.
* Average deal size $200,000 with a 1-3 month sales cycle.
* Work in a niche but rapidly growing Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) market.
* Empowered, no-micromanagement environment with strong support to maximize earnings.
* Report directly to the UK Sales Director for guidance and support.
* National travel as required (typically 1-2 days at a time).
* Be part of a small, rapidly expanding UK business operating in the US.
* Solve client talent shortages and delivery bottlenecks, helping FTTH projects deliver faster, more efficiently, and at lower cost.
