Business Development Manager
Remote (Lincoln)
£40,000 to £42,000 + up to 25% Bonus + Car & Mileage + Phone + Laptop + Training & Development + Staff Incentives Package + Private Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the fluid power industry to join a market leading organisation where they put a huge emphasis on staff training, development and progression.

This company are well known within their field with over 30 sites across the UK. Through growth, they are looking to add a BDM to their busy team in this new position.

The ideal candidate will be a sales professional looking to progress their career, who has experience working within the fluid power industry. A full UK driving license would also be required. Other experience within hydraulics and pneumatics beneficial.

In this role, you will focus on external new business generation within the fluid power industry, while being supported by a well-known brand that is highly sought-after. This is a home-based role, with travel to customer sites required.

The person:
*Sales professional with experience in other roles like Business Development, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Area Sales
*Experience working in the fluid power industry
*Full UK Driving license
*Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics

The role:
*External sales & new business development
*Home based, with travel to customer sites required
*Sales forecasting, sales analysis, market mapping, pipeline forecasting
*Working closely with premium suppliers and the Commercial Manager
