Business Development Manager (Modular Construction)

$85,000 - $100,000 + Uncapped Commission ($140k-$160k OTE) + Benefits
Are you a Business Development Manager or Sales professional with experience in modular construction or offsite manufacturing, looking for a role where you can genuinely earn and take ownership of your territory?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing modular construction business with strong demand, a proven product, and a clear route to closing high-value deals. With increasing interest across commercial, industrial, and specialty builds, the business is now looking to bring in a salesperson who can drive revenue and build long-term client relationships.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on winning work. You'll be responsible for generating opportunities, developing key accounts, and managing deals through to close. You'll have the autonomy to run your territory, backed by an experienced internal team and a product that is already gaining traction in the market.
The Role:
* Drive new business across modular construction projects in Texas
* Identify, target, and win new clients across commercial and industrial sectors
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract close
* Build and grow key accounts to generate repeat business
* Work closely with internal teams to align on pricing, scope, and delivery
The Person:
* Proven track record in business development or sales within construction or modular
* Experience selling projects, not just products (high-value deals)
* Strong closer with the ability to build relationships and win repeat business
* Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable owning a territory
