Salary: $80,000 - $105,000+ (DOE) + 15 days PTO + Great Bonuses + Career Progression + Medical Benefits

In this role, you will be based in the Beltsville office where you will have the exciting opportunity to provide input on a variety of big projects as well as to join a company as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be a key member of the construction team, working on multiple projects across the Residential and Commercial industry. Your responsibilities will include interpreting project plans, winning new business and projects for the company and administrating activities of assigned projects, this is a leadership position.

The role:
- Administrate all activities of assigned projects.
- Represent the Company at Client meetings to win new projects.
- Interpret project plans and specifications.
The Person:
- Experience in a Project Manager role.
- Previous experience in the Commercial Construction industry.
- Valid Driving License.
