In this role, you will be based in the Frederick office where you will have the exciting opportunity to work on a combination of projects within the Construction industry primarily focusing on exterior and interior renovation of buildings within the commercial and residential sectors, with opportunities to further learn and develop skills within: plaster, stucco, cladding systems, air barriers, exterior insulation and finish systems, and more.

The role:

  • Overseeing projects from inception to completion
  • Accurately and cost effectively order and manage materials for projects
  • Perform and complete accurate project take-offs and estimates.
  • Management of communications, paperwork, budgets, schedules and quality of work at construction sites.
  • Production and review of RFI's, ASI's, Addenda's, Change Requests and Change Orders
  • Adhering to OSHA and GC safety standards.
  • Establishment and maintenance of relationships with general contractors, owners, and related trades.



The Person:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
  • Must be a good team player and excel in collaborative work
  • Must possess US Work Authorization
  • Must possess strong computer experience with Microsoft (especially Excel and MS Project)
  • Must be able to provide professional references
