Commercial Construction Superintendent (Tailored Training)

$100,000 - $115,000 + Bonuses + Excellent Benefits Package

In this role, you will supervise and coordinate field operations across a number of projects, ensure safety and quality standards are maintained, manage project budgets, and coordinate communications between designers, subcontractors, and vendors, while liaising with clients.

The Role:
- Coordinating stakeholder relations and supervising field operations onsite.
- Ensuring quality standards, safety standards, and budgets are adhered to.
- Planning and scheduling meetings with managers, clients, and vendors.
- Inspecting and recording project progress.
The Person:
- Previous experience supervising commercial construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
- Hands-on construction professional with experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
