In this role, you will prepare detailed cost estimates, manage bid packages, and collaborate with clients and internal teams. You'll play a key role in preconstruction, ensuring accurate budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting successful project delivery

This role would suit an Estimator with a drywall or framing background who wants to grow within a company that supports long-term career development, mentoring, and progression into senior roles.

The Role:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications

• Manage the bid process from pre-construction through project turnover

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget accuracy

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery

The Person:

• Experience estimating large drywall and stucco commercial projects

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, procedures, and materials

• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid (or similar software)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Motivated by career growth and progression into senior leadership
