Are you a Drywall or Framing Estimator looking to step onto larger, higher-value commercial projects while progressing into a senior leadership position?

You will be trusted with responsibility, exposed to complex scopes of work, and supported with clear progression into senior estimating or preconstruction leadership.

In this role, you will take ownership of the estimating process from initial take-off through bid submission and project handover. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, manage bid packages, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining accuracy and competitiveness. Your work will directly influence project success and company growth.
This role would suit an Estimator with a drywall or framing background who wants long-term stability, exposure to higher-value projects, and a clear pathway into senior leadership.
The Role:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for drywall, framing, and stucco packages
- Manage the bid process from preconstruction through project turnover
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining accuracy and margins
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to support successful delivery
The Person:
- Estimating experience within drywall, framing, or interior construction
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and procedures
- Proficient with On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or similar estimating software
- Organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously
- Motivated by progression into senior estimating or leadership roles
