Senior Project Manager - Construction
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000, + Bonus + Car allowance + 21 days of holiday + 401k + Full Medical insurance.
Location: Kensington, CT (Commutable from surrounding areas)

This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager looking for growth in leadership roles and the opportunity to work on exciting, multi-million-dollar projects.
The Role:
- Assemble bids and manage projects day-to-day.
- Weekly on-site visits to ensure project success.
- Foster direct communication with stakeholders and on-site teams.
- Benefit from tailored training and the opportunity for progression into upper management and leadership position .
The Candidate:
- Proven Experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in Commercial Construction
- Familiar with Procore
- Ability to put together a bid or Previous estimating experience
