In this role, you will deliver practical and theory-based multi-skills training to learners studying construction and property maintenance courses. You will support students as they develop a broad range of practical skills such as basic joinery, plastering, tiling and repair work.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified tradesperson holding a Level 3 qualification in a construction trade such as Joinery, Brickwork, Plastering or similar, with strong hands-on industry experience. Teaching experience is not required as full training and qualifications will be provided.

The Role:
- Full teacher training and qualifications provided
- Deliver practical and theory-based multi-skills construction training
- Coach and support learners entering the construction industry
- Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
The Person:
- Qualified tradesperson (Joinery, Brickwork, Plastering or similar)
- Level 3 construction trade qualification
- Recent hands-on industry experience
- Keen to move into teaching or training
- No teaching experience required
