Continuous Improvement Engineer (3rd Shift)
$80,000 - $100,000 + Progression + Full System Training + 401k + Medical + Dental + Vision
La Vergne, Tennessee (Commutable from Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Antioch, Nashville)
Are you a Continuous Improvement / Process Engineer looking to work in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility, and receive hands-on training from industry experts within an innovative technology sector?
On offer is a chance to work on and lead tailored continuous improvement initiatives, where you will work with suppliers and maintenance teams, reducing costs and scrap and increasing efficiencies. No two days will be the same in this role!
This company are leaders in their niche, and are well known for taking care of their employees. They are now looking for CI/Process Engineer to join their close-knit team of engineers and drive innovation across their 3rd shift.
On offer is a unique Continuous / Process improvement opportunity where you will be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative improvement efforts across multiple areas of the business.
This role would suit a Continuous Improvement or Process Engineer looking to work amongst exciting technology and progress their career into lead or supervisory positions
The Role:
- Design and implement innovative continuous improvement initiatives across multiple areas of the business.
- Hand on training on innovative technology and systems.
- 3rd shift role - 10:00pm to 6:00am
The Candidate:
- Experience with continuous improvement or process improvement initiatives
- Any manufacturing environment experience
- Looking to step up into lead or senior positions
