£55,000 - £60,000 + £5k Car Allowance + Hybrid Working + Bonuses + Pension

This leading construction company have grown rapidly throughout the past decade, renowned for their superior interior fit out projects and quality of service. Due to a significant increase in contracts, they are undergoing through an exciting phase of expansion.
In this role you will split your time between the office and project sites, playing a key role throughout both the pre-construction tender process and project delivery. Your main responsibility is to deliver projects in a time and cost-efficient manner.

The Role:
. Cradle to grave management of design & build projects
. Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the process
. Scheduling of works
. Presentation of contracts, spec and engineering drawings
The person:
. Previous experience in a contracts manager role
. Design & build project experience
. Full driving license
