You will be responsible for owning project-based cost accounting, overseeing core accounting functions, and implementing robust systems to accurately track, allocate, and report costs across complex, custom-built projects. You'll play a key role in supporting leadership with financial insight as the business continues to grow.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Accountant or Controller with a strong background in project-based, custom manufacturing or construction-style accounting, looking for long-term stability and influence within a growing organization.
The Role:
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Lead cost accounting, including project costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
- Implement and improve systems for cost tracking and financial reporting
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong experience in project-based accounting (manufacturing, construction, or similar)
- Cost accounting and project accounting expertise is essential
- GAAP knowledge required
