This organization is set to launch a data center this August and is seeking an operations manager with expertise in the data center industry. The ideal candidate will take ownership of a high-performance computing environment, advancing their AI and cryptocurrency mining operations to the next level.
Working at a state-of-the-art cryptocurrency mining data center, you will oversee all operations, ensuring efficiency, peak performance, and security. You'll maintain up-to-date technology and provide senior management with regular performance insights, addressing challenges and opportunities.

The role;
* Onsite management of the operation maximizing uptime and profitability
* Overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of new-generation Bitmain mining machines
* Oversee maintenance of immersion-cooled equipment dry coolers, electrical components.
* Strategic reporting including operation efficiency, energy consumption and KPI's
* Operational continuous improvements including new procedures and disaster recovery!
* Inventory, vendor and equipment management!
* Leading and training and team of 3 others!
The person
* Experienced in managing a crypto mining data center.
* Strong understanding of crypto mining technology
* Operational Leadership experience in a data center.
* Ideally savvy with electrics including wiring and working with transformers (nice to have)
* Happy to work fully onsite and happy to work an on-call rota
