Are you a Design Engineering Manager with HVAC machinery experience looking to head up a small team of highly motivated engineers working on technically challenging and diverse projects, where no two days are the same?

This role would suit a highly motivated Design Engineering Manager with a HVAC understanding who is looking to put their own stamp on an exciting, growing organization in the HVAC industry. You will be responsible for managing a small team of engineers driving innovation and creativity through the design process of exciting machinery.
The Role:
- Manage a small team of Engineers overseeing the design of exciting new products
- Report directly to the VP of Engineering
- Work on a range of technically challenging and diverse design-based projects
The Person
- Understanding of Commercial HVAC equipment
- Experienced with 3D Design Software
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline
