This role would suit a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer with a HVAC understanding who is looking to step up into management & put their own stamp on an exciting, growing organization in the HVAC industry. You will be responsible for managing a small team of engineers driving innovation and creativity through the design process of exciting machinery.
The Role:
- Step up and manage a small team of Engineers overseeing the design of exciting new products
- Report directly to the VP of Engineering
- Receive on the job training to excel as a new manager
- Work on a range of technically challenging and diverse design-based projects
The Person
- Looking to step up into managerial role
- Understanding of Commercial HVAC equipment
- Experienced with 3D Design Software
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline
