Director of Business Development (Construction)
Salary: $190,000 - $250,000 + Bonuses + Healthcare + Vehicle Allowance

In this role, you will be based in their DFW office where you will have the opportunity to progress your career quickly and be a key part of a wider leadership team, full of experienced and knowledgeable staff.
Your responsibilities will include job site visits, client meetings, and developing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders, all with the aim of developing business and helping the company to grow.

The Role:
- Maintain full sales cycle
- Build & develop relationships, strategic planning and market positioning
- Partner closely with leadership team to support company operations

- Experience in Business Development
- Experience in the construction, multifamily or real estate / development sectors
