Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Operations Director looking to lead and grow a regional office within a long-established, highly respected mechanical contractor, where you will play a key role in shaping the future leadership of the business.

The Richmond office is a key growth area for the business, with plans to expand the team over the coming years. In this role, you will lead the Richmond branch, leading and managing a team of Project Managers and operational teams, taking responsibility for P&L performance and supporting the continued growth of the division.

* Leadership experience managing teams within mechanical, industrial or building services environments
* Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and P&L management
* Experience mentoring and developing individuals
* Commercially aware with strong decision-making ability
* Motivated by long-term progression and leadership responsibility
