£40,000-£44,000 + Benefits Package

Are you an experienced EC&I Technician looking to join a well-established company within the power and renewables sector, where you will directly influence the trajectory of the company?

On offer is the opportunity to join a global yet continuously expanding business, where you will undertake and support the daily planned maintenance activities in line with the agreed CMMS plan.

This company specialises in boiler based power plants. Through innovation and quality of service, they now require a EC&I Technician to support the participation, implementation and completion of all plant modifications.

In this role, you will help the company with its goals in continuously expanding and becoming more green, whilst also providing a brilliant service by supporting the delivery of all sites quality requirements as per local QHSE guidance.

The Role:
- Undertake specific engineering integrity assessments
- undertake practical application of timely diagnosis, fault finding and repair of the plant, in liaison with the operations team.
- maintain the plant against OEM guidance and industry best practice in line with the CMMS, to ensure availability of the plant is maximised.

The Applicant:
- ONC/C&G/NVQ level 3 in electrical or EC&I engineering discipline.
- understanding of all HSE aspects
- experience of maintaining a biomass or thermal power plant process
