$120,000 - $145,000 + 7-12% Bonus

In this role, you'll oversee site-wide Environmental, Health & Safety programs, balancing strategic responsibility with hands-on floor support. You'll lead audits, manage risk and incident investigations, maintain SOPs, and supervise a team of Safety Technicians while partnering closely with operations and senior leadership.
Reporting directly to the President - with strong visibility across the business, this position offers genuine ownership and future progression opportunities!
The Role:
- Lead site EHS programs and compliance initiatives
- Conduct audits, reporting, and risk management activities
- Support manufacturing teams on the production floor
- Manage and develop a small team of Safety Technicians
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Manufacturing EHS experience
- Strong OSHA knowledge or certification preferred
- Experience working around chemical safety environments would give you a distinct advantage
