£30-36k (DOE) + Progression + Training + Holiday

This exciting company specialises in the manufacture and design of bespoke switchgear and power distribution units, and aim to provide a high quality service to their ever-growing client base. Due to the company's expansion, they are now looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for managing projects, designing and selecting equipment, and coordinating teams of workers to deliver cost effective and innovative solutions. This work will also involve attending meetings, logging of information through comprehensive report writing and giving presentations on your findings. A key component of the role will be developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of switchgear and power distribution units, as well as design softwares such as Solidworks or AutoCAD. They will be able to reinforce this with effective project management through excellent verbal and written communication, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and in budget. They will also hold an engineering HNC/HND/ONC degree as a minimum.

This is a great role for an Electrical Engineer with existing experience designing switchgear and power distribution units, that will provide autonomy and security as well as a sense of being valued within a tight-knit and sociable business.
