Electrical Maintenance Engineer (3 Shift Pattern)

£49,405 - £51,108 + 3 shift pattern (Early, Days and Nights) + Enhanced Pension + 26 Days Holiday + Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x (weekends/nights) + Bank Holidays + Private healthcare+ Life insurance + Progression

Site based role commutable from Winsford, Northwich, Middlewich, Crewe, Sandbach, and Chester

Are you an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer from a heavy industrial or manufacturing background, looking to join a global organisation offering long-term stability and strong career prospects?

You will be responsible for electrical-biased maintenance across mining plant, machinery, and mobile equipment that supports production operations, working across a rotating 3-shift pattern covering early mornings, days, and nights.

This is a hands-on role for an engineer who enjoys fault-finding, variety, and working on large-scale industrial equipment in demanding environments.

This position would suit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a secure role with strong earning potential, excellent benefits, and long-term stability.

The Role:
* Electrical-biased maintenance within underground mining environments
* Reactive and planned maintenance on Joy mining machines
* Working on conveyors, crushers, and heavy plant equipment
* 3-week early shift (6am-2pm) + 2-week late shift (Mon-Thu 1pm-9pm, Fri 9:30am-5:30pm) + 1-week nights (8pm-6am)

The Person:
* Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer
* Background in mining, heavy plant, manufacturing, or industrial environments
* Comfortable working underground
