Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical / Days Based)
£52,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor looking to work for a market leading business which will see you manage and develop your own team of highly skilled engineers within a state-of-the-art facility?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a rapidly expanding business who have an excellent reputation for looking after their staff, you will play a key role in the maintenance department as the technical expert, whilst looking after a small team.
In this role you will conduct both PPM's and reactive maintenance to ensure the efficient and smooth running of machinery.
This manufacturer has a great name for themselves in the industry and have exciting plans for further expansion, making this a great time to join the team.
This role would suit an electrically biased Maintenance Supervisor from a manufacturing background.
The Role:
- Conduct routine and reactive maintenance on the company's state of the art machinery.
- Oversee a small team of highly skilled engineers
- Days based role Monday to Friday (8am-4pm - 1 in 6 on call, paid minimum 4 hours and standby)
The Person:
- Maintenance Supervisor
- Electrically qualified (HNC/ HND preferred)
- Manufacturing background
