$100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Gas Card + Great Benefits + 401k + Company Phone + Company Laptop
Are you a Journeyman Electrician looking to step up into a managerial position, looking to work within a tight knit company?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company within the electrical industry, who are now looking for a Service Manager to join this team of great individuals.
The company are a Electrical Contractor who are projected to grow rapidly over the next few years. They also offer services within commercial and residential sectors even services in the booming Electric Vehicle industry.
In this role you will coordinate with the dispatcher and field technicians, and make sure they arrive on site on time. You will also coordinate schedules and conduct estimates on projects. You will also work with upper management to make sure jobs are done safely and efficiency. In addition you will run sales meetings and make sure all operations are within budget.
This role would suit a Journeymen, Master Electrician, Project manager looking to step up into a role with more responsibility and recognition and looking to join a tight knit business that offer great benefits and progression.
The Role:
- Coordinate Service Technicians
- Coordinate schedules
- Conduct estimates on projects
- Make sure projects are within budgets
The Candidate:
- Experience in the field
- Experience in Residential and Commercial
- Has experience leading a team
