This role is ideal for an Electrically biased Engineer from a Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support background who's seeking an office-based position with real opportunities for progression and skill enhancement.
The Role:
- Provide remote (telephone and online) technical support to customers and Engineers
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule field service engineers based on location, skillset, and customer requirements
- Take part in ongoing training and professional development, including international programs
The Candidate:
- Background in Electromechanical Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support
- Experience within Industrial, Manufacturing, or Automation environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Keen to develop technically and professionally
