Engineering Manager

Are you an Engineering Leader looking to autonomously grow and develop a team of engineers working for a rapidly expanding, high-tech manufacturing organization?
Do you want to lead from the front in a hands on management role where you can drive new and existing projects for customers across a range of industries?
In this position you will lead a team of engineers working across a variety of complex engineering projects, working collaboratively with production and manufacturing teams. You play a part in developing detailed designed for new products, training and hiring new staff, manage projects and ensure best practices.

The Position:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers through complex engineering projects
- Oversee research and development projects to produce new designs and products
- Responsible for continuously improving engineering processes and procedures

The Candidate:
- Manufacturing or production background
- Proven experience leading a team of engineers
- Must have working knowledge of ERP systems
- Hands on experience working across complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects
