Engineering Manager
Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
$140,000 - $180,000 + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Profit Sharing & Bonus
Are you an Engineering Manager looking to join a market-leading organization where you'll lead multi-discipline engineering teams and take ownership of complex, high-impact technical projects?
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will guide teams across software, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering, drive technical performance, and shape best practices as the business continues to scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical leadership environment and wants long-term growth within a fast-paced, engineering-driven culture.
The Role:
*Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams.
*Oversee full project lifecycles, from concept through delivery.
*Provide hands-on technical input, particularly in software and test architectures.
*Drive engineering processes, best practices, and continuous improvement.
*Support customer reviews, technical proposals, and internal development efforts.
The Person:
*Proven experience leading engineering teams.
*Broad technical foundation across software, electrical, mechanical, and systems disciplines.
*Strong proficiency in LabVIEW; experience with TestStand, DAQ, and instrumentation.
*Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
