Hybrid
$125K - $180K + Bonus (OTE: $175K - $225K)

In this high-impact senior leadership role, you will lead a large team of sales professionals while driving how HVAC solutions are delivered and executed across a network of mechanical contractors, general contractors, and design-build firms. Working closely with executive leadership, you will play a key role in winning projects, supporting bid activity, and positioning the business as a trusted partner in delivering equipment solutions to contractors across the territory.
This role is suited to a Technical Sales Professional, with strong knowledge of HVAC or MEP Systems, looking to lead a team from the front, transform their earnings, and progress to a VP of Sales.
The Role:
- Lead and develop a team of 40+ sales professionals, with full ownership of territory performance.
- Drive revenue growth, market share, and strategic relationships across mechanical contractors, general contractors, and design-build firms.
- Develop and execute sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities and increasing market penetration.
The Candidate:
- Background in HVAC, Pumps, Boilers, Compressors, or MEP systems.
- Commercially driven, with a track record of building relationships and winning business within contractor or project-based sales environments.
- Ability to manage, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
