Hybrid

$150K - $225K + Bonus (OTE: $250K - $325K)

In this senior leadership position, you will lead and inspire a large, established sales team while working closely with executive leadership. The Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 40+ sales professionals, with full ownership of territory performance.
  • Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term strategic relationships with contractors, project stakeholders, and commercial clients.
  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities and increasing market penetration across multiple project types.

The Candidate:

  • Strong background in Commercial HVAC, Pumps, Boilers, Compressors, or MEP systems.
  • Proven success selling into contractors or project-driven environments.
  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and elevate high-performing teams.
