Expeditor
Kingston upon Thames (Hybrid with site/supplier visits) - Long-term Contract (24-months)
Negotiable Day Rate, Outside IR35 - Full Time Contract
Are you looking for a long-term contract role Outside IR35 with a global EPC market leader, working on major energy transition projects within the Oil & Gas or renewable energy sectors?
This Expeditor role will be working with a world-leading engineering and construction company delivering large-scale offshore and onshore EPCI projects. The position offers a hybrid working model, flexible hours, and the opportunity to support complex, high-value supply chain operations on flagship energy projects.
This role is ideal for an experienced Expeditor with strong vendor management and supply chain coordination experience, particularly within EPCI projects in Oil & Gas or renewable energy.
The Role:
* Monitor supply progress, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays.
* Review Purchase Orders and contractual documentation to identify discrepancies and prevent delays or misunderstandings.
* Liaise with vendors to confirm correct receipt and interpretation of Purchase Orders and expedite order acknowledgements.
* Ensure vendor supply schedules cover all phases of the supply cycle and comply with contractual delivery milestones.
* Ensure timely availability of compliant shipping and transport documentation.
The Person:
* Proven experience in a similar Expeditor role.
* Previous experience working on EPCI projects, preferably within Oil & Gas or renewable energy
* Strong SAP experience and proficiency in Office 365.
* Must reside in the UK with full, permanent right-to-work status (no sponsorship available).
