In this role, you will be managing the operations of multiple domestic and commercial properties throughout Scotland and the North of England, ensuring that all pre-planned maintenance and breakdowns are coordinated efficiently and to a high level of quality for the tenants and customers.

The role would suit a Facilities Manager looking to take the lead in a high-responsibility, high-autonomy position and develop their career within a market-leading company.

The Role:

  • Managing a large portfolio of properties across Scotland and the North of England
  • Office-based with occasional travel
  • £38,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression
  • Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

The Person:

  • Facilities Manager
  • Experience managing multiple sites
  • Hard FM experience
  • Commutable to Glasgow
