£47,000 + Panama Shifts + Full Training + Career Progression + Employee Discount

This is a hands-on site-based role, carrying out refurbishment, repair, maintenance, and inspection work on factory equipment.
You will be responsible for responding to breakdowns, fault-finding, and repairing motors to keep production running safely and efficiently.
This role would suit an ex-Army, Navy, or RAF engineer with mechanical or electrical experience who is looking to build a long-term career with progression opportunities.
The Role
- Carrying out repairs and refurbishment work on site
- Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding on machinery
- Repairing and maintaining motors and equipment
- Working Panama shift patterns
The Person
- Ex-Forces background (Army / RAF / Navy)
- Engineering qualification or military technical training (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
- Comfortable in a hands-on, team-based environment
